Overview
GHRP-6 is famous for one thing above all else: it will make you ravenous. About 20 minutes after injecting, you'll feel like you haven't eaten in days, which is exactly why bodybuilders love it during bulking phases when they need to force down thousands of extra calories. Beyond the hunger, it also triggers a solid growth hormone pulse that improves recovery, sleep quality, and muscle repair. If you don't want the appetite effect, you're better off with ipamorelin instead. One heads-up: like other GHRPs, it can bump up cortisol and prolactin a bit, so cycling on and off is smart. Best used before meals on an empty stomach for maximum GH punch.
Mechanism of Action
GHRP-6 produces the strongest hunger response of all GHRPs, bodybuilders use it specifically to force-feed during bulks. Ipamorelin is the cleaner alternative if you don't want the appetite effect. Compared to GHRP-2, GHRP-6 hits harder but with more side effects. Hexarelin is more potent for GH but GHRP-6 is more predictable.
pH & Mixing
Peptides reconstituted at very different pH levels can destabilize when combined in the same syringe, which lowers how much of the peptide your body actually absorbs. If you're unsure whether two peptides are close enough in pH, reconstitute and inject them separately.
A dedicated compatibility check between two specific peptides is coming to the Compare tool. This section covers this peptide's pH only.
