Overview
Follistatin 344 is a form of follistatin used in research because it can bind members of the TGF-β family, including myostatin and activins. In muscle biology, myostatin is often described as a "brake" on growth, so follistatin can shift signaling away from growth inhibition. That said, the downstream effects depend on the full signaling network in a given tissue, and most of the strong "muscle growth" narratives come from preclinical models. In other words: it is biologically interesting and worth studying, but it is not a proven, general-purpose performance intervention for humans.

pH & Mixing
Peptides reconstituted at very different pH levels can destabilize when combined in the same syringe, which lowers how much of the peptide your body actually absorbs. If you're unsure whether two peptides are close enough in pH, reconstitute and inject them separately.
A dedicated compatibility check between two specific peptides is coming to the Compare tool. This section covers this peptide's pH only.
