How do I track a peptide protocol?
Open the Protocol Hub at /protocols. Add a vial, schedule doses, and log each injection in seconds. Calendar, journal, and timeline views stay in sync.
Is this medical advice?

How does the AI coach (Helix) work?
Helix reads your stated goals, active protocol, and the surrounding research context, then returns evidence-based, educational responses. It will not prescribe, dose, or source compounds.
Where do I log bloodwork?
Head to /bloodwork. Add panels by date, track biomarker trends over time, and flag values that drift outside your reference range.
Can I share a protocol with my coach?
Yes. Open the protocol in /protocols and use the Share button to invite someone as Editor, Viewer, or Coach. Roles control whether they can change doses or only read them.
How do I delete my account?
Go to /settings and scroll to the Danger Zone. If account deletion is not yet wired for your environment, email support and we will action it within 7 days.
Where do I report a bug or request a feature?
Post in the Feedback section of the forum at /forum, or email support. Reproducible bug reports with screenshots ship fastest.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data lives in Neon Postgres encrypted at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk, so we never see your password.
