Delete your LearnPeptides account

This public page is the official account-deletion request path. Deletion requires an authenticated, recently verified session; an email address alone cannot authorize it.

What the request does

Queues removal of internal tracking data, account-scoped health entries, notes, protocols, inventory, and derived tracker context.
Deletes the identity-provider account only after the internal purge succeeds.
Blocks new application reads and writes while deletion is pending.
Does not silently cancel contractual billing obligations, refunds, or charge disputes; review billing before submitting.

Retention and timing

The technical target is to purge active production account data within 24 hours, complete deletion at covered providers within 30 days, and expire encrypted backups within 35 days. Completed-deletion tombstones are reapplied after a restore so the account cannot reappear.

Minimum pseudonymized consent evidence (purpose, policy version, decision, and timestamp), security evidence (event type, severity, and timestamp), and the deletion tombstone may be retained. The jurisdiction-specific duration and legal basis for consent and security evidence still require Privacy Owner approval; public release remains blocked until that approval is recorded.

The API accepts the request asynchronously. A requested or processing state means deletion is not complete yet.
